training institute activitiesIn October, the FINRA Foundation and United Way Worldwide held the ninth Financial Wellness at Work Training Institute in Buffalo, New York. Hosted by United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, the training brought together 29 nonprofit leaders from 13 states. The training delivered insights on designing, implementing and evaluating sustainable, outcomes-based workplace financial wellness programs. Attendees gleaned best practices from established programs and practitioners, engaged in interactive learning sessions, and exchanged ideas in a collaborative and participatory environment.
